Mr. Heartland Will Punish You!

In the name of the moon I will punish you! oh...It's just Mr. Heartland again...It's kinda sad that he reminds me more of Sailor Moon than Tuxedo Mask haha.
The line separating love and hate is thin. Mr. Heartland is teetering on that thin line. I love him so much that I just HAD to draw him, yet I'm disgusted just looking at this What kind of villain does he think he is in that get-up? Honestly, I don't know who's more fabulous, him or Pegasus. I loved working on this though.
For anyone waiting on a commissoin, don't be mad at dear Mr. Heartland, because drawing him will actually make me do all my other pictures faster, sorta like a moral boost. Or as he would like to say "HEEEEEEARTO BAHHHHHNING!!!!" not to be confused with heartburn...
It's also kinda sloppy since I decided not to waste my time trying to perfect a piece I might end up hating ^^
